Our commitment to soft mobility
We want to encourage our residents to convert to "soft mobility", thanks to the use of electric and shared bikes that we will make available to them. A word from the architect
"Simple volumes with white facades contrast with projecting elements treated in rust-coloured metal. Some of the parking spaces are located on the basement level, directly above the buildings. This arrangement provides real comfort for the inhabitants and frees up a maximum of green space on the surface. Between each building, merlons planted with trees create real green lungs as natural buffer spaces. The buildings are arranged in this green setting with an east/west orientation in order to provide daily sunlight to all the dwellings. They are slightly elevated so that the flats, from the ground floor upwards, can enjoy beautiful views.
Each flat has an outdoor space, loggias or terrace, which is both generous and intimate. The project is thus totally dedicated to the residents and their living environment.
